The Crowded Group is a community and without people we wouldn’t be where we are today. As the saying goes, many hands make light work, and we need many people to help keep our community vibrant and a place people want to return. Our goal is not to make everyone happy, but to make it a place where they feel like their presence is meaningful. Super Admin
Super Admins play a crucial role in the day to day operations of our community. From managing Discord, setting up new tools for us to use, activity on social media, they have their hands in a little bit of everything. This role will require a certain level of tech-savyness.
Requirements
- Active member of the community
- Demonstrates an earned trust of the community
- Nominated and selected by unanimous vote of the current admins
Responsibilities
- Manage the Discord server
- Set up custom commands for the community to use
- Assign non-rank based roles to the appropriate people
- Responsible for giving people the right access to community platforms
- Publish website updates
- Determine community policies
Community Manager
Requirements
- Active member of the community
- Demonstrates an earned trust of the community
Responsibilities
- Managing social networks and active publishing on all channels
- Discord
- Promoting scheduled events, such as giveaways within our community or relevant events happening that our community should be interested in
- Actively seeks out ways to draw in new members
Guild Admin
Requirements
- Active member of the community
- Reached a rank of Member in Discord or demonstrates an earned trust in the community
- Actively plays with clan and community members
- Actively posts games on the the100.io
Responsibilities
- Will help shape the community, by having direct input on the direction the community goes
- Will promote and recruit for the various communities, Discord being the primary source
- Will post games on the the100.io
- Will actively recruit players and review applications where relevant, such as the100.io
- Will actively interact with members in Discord
- Will help other guild members through quests, story, and endgame content on games that are relevant to you
Moderator
Requirements
- Active member of the community
- Demonstrates an earned trust of the community
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making sure the community adheres to any written or unwritten policies formed by the admins
- Answer questions or direct people to the appropriate sources of information for our community
- Learn and utilize our custom commands to help the community
- Suggest custom commands that will help the community
